Toxic Relationships Group Session

Service Description

Whether currently facing or from your past, we will discuss and learn about these Toxic Relationships and the Toxic People who creates them. We will work on current problems, how to deal with these people and situations in the best ways possible, and we will start to repair the years of damage these relationships left us victims to. We will work on opening up and sharing our struggles in the safety of our Group and we will learn how to move on keeping it as something we have grown from and as a distant memory, or Chapter in our Book of Life- as I call it).  We will find safety, support and solace within each other and our Group.  *** If you are currently in your Toxic relationship and seeking a safe way out, this group will help you although I would recommend coupling this Group with a series of One-on-One Sessions. (This is especially true in cases of abusive relationships-of any kind, or if you are severely traumatized, have extreme PTSD, Narcissistic abuse or if your partner is a Narcissist, or if you are currently in or very fresh out of your Toxic Relationship and have no family, support, or are not ready to tell anyone in your life about the relationship or the abuse. Thus, meaning our Sessions are the only time when you talk about the relationship and your only time of healing.)
